Registration:

1. Users should register at BUSREX
2. In the appropriate User type
3. Opt for the desired subscription policy
4. Create user id and submit minimal details.
5. This gives login access to respective dashboards.

Dashboard Access:

Users access their respective Dashboards using unique id and password. The Administrative features are fully enabled on payment of the appropriate Registration Fees. The Functional features shall be enabled shortly.

1. User profile
2. Sub User management and access rights
3. Uploading products and solutions; brochures and presentations
4. Advertisements (optional)
5. Subscription management .

1. Search for profiles and requirements posted
2. Creation preferred lists for quick access to them
3. Creation of Assignments and assigning them to ITEBR
4. Entire array of service delivery function- Assignment creation, quotation sending and acceptance, assignment trigger, handling modifications and amendments to assignments triggered, assignment closure, invoicing and payments.
5. Access to payment gateway
6. Access to internal communication tools (e-mail, chat, blog, webinar, VOIP etc).
7. Monitoring the assignment through out its process till delivery
8. Generating required MIS reports

Some of the features are User dependent. For instance, Customers cannot undertake Assignments on behalf of others and ITEBR cannot create/initiate Assignments. Hence these features would not be available to them.
